With over 12 years of career coaching experience working in a variety of settings and with a variety of clients, I am proud to say that I have helped thousands of people, like you, achieve career happiness!

In addition to this, I have a background in recruitment and employer engagement, hiring talent and managing assessment centres and working with employers to meet their recruitment needs - so I know what employers are looking for! I've also worked in training and teaching in the UK and Spain, so I think you could say that people development is my passion!

I have walked the walk...

I have made a lot of changes in my life and career to get to where I am today and have faced rejections and knock backs, changed careers and industries, been a mature student and lived in different cities and countries so I know how it feels to want to make changes and feel lost and stuck at times. However, what I also know is that with hard work, focus, dedication and support from the right people, anything is possible.

Relevant qualifications (because it's important to know you're in safe hands!)

I hold a Masters in Career Management & Coaching from Canterbury Christchurch University, a Qualification in Careers Guidance (QCG) from the Career Development Institute (CDI), a Level 4 Qualification in Advice and Guidance and certificates in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and counselling. I am also an International Member of the Career Development Institute, the only association which represents Career Coaches internationally.
