What is Career Coaching?

Career coaching is a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for you to talk about your career aspirations with a qualified and experienced professional. You may have been considering a career change for a while or are at a crossroads as to what you should do next in your career or maybe you know what you want from your career but need some help to make it happen. All too often when we face challenges in our lives we consult those near and dear to us and, while it's great to talk about your problems to your friends, family, and colleagues, sometimes you just need to talk to someone impartial who can guide you towards your career goals.

Is Career Coaching the same as Life Coaching?

All coaching has cross overs in the methods that we use to support our clients in achieving their goals. Career coaching, however, is a specialised type of coaching designed to focus on achieving results in your career, whether that be changing career completely or improving the career you're in.

How will the sessions work?

Following your FREE career consultation, you will be clear on how career coaching can help you in your career. You will either select one of the pre-designed packages set out in the 'Work with Me' section or design your own based on your specific needs and goals.

I will help and guide you to explore what you truly want from your career. We will focus on what you would like to achieve from career coaching and what is stopping you from getting there. Aside from powerful questioning techniques, I also use a range of tried and tested methods and tools to enable you to get to the heart of your career aspirations and look at what you need to do in order to achieve this. Be prepared to do some work, but I guarantee that you will learn a lot about yourself along the way!

Where and how will the coaching sessions take place?

Sessions will be held via Skype, Zoom or telephone. This gives you the opportunity to receive coaching wherever you are without the need to travel unnecessarily. There is also the possibility of face to face coaching sessions in Liverpool.

Support will also be provided in between sessions via e-mail.

How can I pay for sessions?

Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
